Course Description:

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Everyone, regardless of artistic skills, is invited to use repetitive strokes to draw delightful pieces of art. Each class will include the introduction of tangles, guided practice, and information about the Zentangle® Method. Only a few basic supplies are needed.

Course Description:

Snip, tear and assemble your way through the expressive medium of collage. Create compositions using a variety of papers and techniques to gather images, shapes and colors. To inspire your work, themes such as quotes, poems, landscape and personal imagery will be shared.

Course Description:

Learn the basics using both the wheel and hand-building techniques. Wheel techniques will begin with simpler forms including a cylinder, bowl, and plate leading into more in-depth processes. Hand building will include pinch pots, coil, and slab. You will receive direction and encouragement to expand on areas of your own interest.

Discover the world of 3D design in this hands-on class! Students learn to create digital models using TinkerCAD and bring their ideas to life with 3D printing. The class also explores 3D pens, integrates crafting, and introduces basic mechanisms. Through project-based lessons, students develop creativity and gain a real understanding of how art and technology intersect.

Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate (Basic computer skills recommended)

Course Description: 

Students will learn the elements of exposure and a basic history of photography. They will learn how to process their own black and white film, as well as make gelatin silver prints with an enlarger. Students should expect to create a few photograms, a contact sheet, and at least 5 finished prints.
