Ten-week class beginning January 11, 2018
This class is intended for students with previous fabrication experience. The techniques taught during this course will help further creativity and aesthetic judgment when creating jewelry. Surface treatments explored throughout this session will include: Keum Boo, Granulation, Reticulation, Etching, Marriage Metal, Powder Coating, Color Pencil, Spray Paint and Patinas. Students are encourages to engage in individual discussion with the instructor to facilitate the techniques learned into the student’s design and concept. Samples of each technique is encouraged as well as utilizing these techniques into completed project(s).

Except for the Independent Study Program, EAC membership is no longer required to take adult classes. EAC members receive a tuition discount on all adult classes, youth classes and workshops.
