EAC Members’ Book Club

Book: The Art Thief by Michael Finkel
The EAC Book Club is for EAC members, bibliophiles, and art enthusiasts alike. EAC Members will meet to discuss a carefully selected book that weaves tales around renowned painters, sculptors, photographers, and the very essence of artistic creation. Whether you're an avid reader, an art enthusiast, or simply curious about the creative world, this event offers a relaxed and enjoyable way to explore the fascinating connections between literature and visual art.

Exhibition Walkthrough
Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm
Join us after the In Focus lecture, where Ross Stanton Jordan will explore the Chicago artist Richard Hunt.
After the lecture, enjoy refreshments and then an exhibition walkthrough of Chicago Sculpture International Biennial: Materiality in Sculpture with Joanna Pinsky of Art Encounter. Joanna will guide guests through the exhibition and supply commentary on the works included.
