Curtis Anthony Bozif was born in 1982 in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the Kansas City Art Institute where he earned his BFA in Painting & Drawing and Art History in 2006. In 2008, he graduated from Northwestern University with an MFA in Art Theory & Practice. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
