Lisa Harris

Lisa, a native Chicagoan, has been a ceramic artist and instructor for over 30 years.  Her work reflects a range of interests from decorative tiles to architecturally inspired vessels.  Lisa has led many specialty workshops in the area.

Lisa's teaching style:

She emphasizes understanding aesthetic and technical aspects of ceramics.  She introduces historical and contemporary examples for inspiration and context.  Lisa also leads open-ended creativity exercises that promote the individual voice and perspective.
