Karen Daughtry

KAREN DAUGHTRY, M.A.

Artist, Author, Illustrator, Calligrapher, Art &Meditation Facilitator

 

Karen Daughtry earned her BA in Fine Art from Illinois State University and a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Northwestern University. She combined her love of art and writing into a calligraphy career that has spanned over three decades. Karen is also a painter and Process artist, certified as a Facilitator of the Open Studio Process, and practiced in other Process-oriented approaches. Teaching experience includes the Evanston Art Center, Infinity Foundation, Open Studio Project, the Art Center, Highland Park and The Cenacle.
