Over the Rainbow is a Chicago non-profit dedicated to increasing the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities through the creation of affordable, accessible, barrier-free housing solutions and person-centered services that encourage independent living.
The Evanston Art Center partners with OTR to lead a mixed media art-making activity for the drop-in program established for residents. This exhibition will showcase the diverse, multi-media artwork made during this program.
