Eight-week class beginning April 10, 2021
Pinching, coil and slab techniques demonstrated to create a variety of projects ranging from functional vessels to sculptural forms, figures and tiles. Carving and painting with slips/glazes will be explored as well as other innovative techniques. Historical and contemporary artists will be introduced for inspiration. Throwers can explore altering their pieces and create new ones! Explore and push your boundaries with clay and hone your skills.
Skill Level: All Levels
In-person class (with reduced capacity) closely following Restore Illinois guidelines.
Face coverings required throughout the duration of class.

Except for the Independent Study Program, EAC membership is no longer required to take adult classes. EAC members receive a tuition discount on all adult classes, youth classes and workshops.
