Amy is an interior designer, instructor, and artist. She uses her college education in both the studio arts and interior design as the foundation for creating harmoniously balanced spaces. She has valuable experience in commercial and residential design with a strong focus on sustainable and green practices and products.

She is inspired by local artists and has instructed art classes for adults with developmental disabilities as a way of reaching out to the Evanston community.
Amy’s teaching style:
She enjoys the connections created in the classroom and through the design process. Space planning is at the core of her designs, which ensures functionality and comfort in a space, especially a home. She empowers her students by sharing her knowledge of color, scale, texture and basic design principles found in all art form forms.
