About Heeyoung Kim

Known as a wildflower painter, Heeyoung Kim, paints and documents native plants of prairies and woodlands of the Midwest. Her works are included in the collection of the Prince of Wales, Transylvanica Florilegium among others. She teaches botanical art with graphite pencil, watercolor and pen & ink at Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods, and other venues nationally as a visiting artist.

Except for the Independent Study Program, EAC membership is no longer required to take adult classes. EAC members receive a tuition discount on all adult classes, youth classes and workshops. A $75 Independent Study membership is required to participate in the Independent Study Program. The Evanston resident discount no longer applies.
