EVANSTON ART CENTER ANNOUNCES BIENNIAL FACULTY EXHIBITION
EAC is proud to welcome the community to view the faculty’s talent at our Biennial Faculty Exhibition opening on January 25, 2015.

DATES: January 25 – February 22, 2015
OPENING: Sunday, January 25, 1PM. – 4PM
GALLERY HOURS: 10AM – 9PM, Monday – Thursday; 10AM – 4PM, Friday & Saturday; 1 PM – 4 PM, Sunday
The Evanston Art Center is delighted to welcome the public to the Biennial Faculty Exhibition. From January 25 to February 22, 2015, the Evanston Art Center will showcase its faculty’s newest work in ceramics, digital arts, drawing, painting, fiber, figure sculpture, jewelry, metal sculpture, mosaics, photography, and printmaking. All works will be exhibited in the Art Center’s galleries and are free and open to the public. There will also be an Opening Reception, Sunday, January 25, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
The exhibition will demonstrate the wide talents of over 60 Art Center faculty members. The Evanston Art Center’s faculty consists of talented teaching artists with MFA degrees from some of the most prestigious arts schools, including Columbia College, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Kansas City Art Institute, and the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris, France. Dozens of the EAC staff are local Illinois based artists, and their time with the Art Center provides them with a supplementary but reliable source of income that allows them to network with peers as they pursue their individual art.
The Evanston Art Center, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization, is dedicated to fostering the appreciation and expression of the arts among diverse audiences. The Art Center offers extensive and innovative instruction in broad areas of artistic endeavor through classes, exhibition, interactive arts activities, and community outreach initiatives.

Evanston Art Center Gallery Hours: Mon. – Thurs. 10 am – 9 pm; Fri. – Sat. 10 am – 4 pm; Sun. 1 – 4 pm. First floor galleries are handicapped accessible. Limited free parking is available.
