Lacy Felt(E1064)

Make delicate lacy felt with your own dyed wool roving. Use the dry poser dye technique to make the felt flatten and cut it to make the lacy design. Finished product is a scarf, small bag or garment.

SUPPLIES

Pencil and notebook
Towel to dry felt piece
Sharp scissors
1 plastic container (e.g. 16 oz. yogurt container)
1 small bucket or container (for 4 cups water)
3-4 sponges
2 measuring cups or any plastic cups
Several different sizes of plastic bags to take wet fabric home
2 oz of color and 2 oz of plain white wool roving

Note:  Bring mat and liner if you have them from a previous felting class.
